This course is designed to provide leaders with an understanding of the principles of coaching and its significant value in supporting and empowering their teams. Participants will explore various leadership and coaching models, tools, and exercises. They will learn how to adopt and apply a coaching approach to conduct effective one-on-one meetings with employees, understand communication approaches that build confidence, and develop coaching techniques that empower others.
