Learn to Swing Dance in a Day! with Simon Selmon Learn the foundations of Lindy Hop, this popular 1940s partner dance. You will learn both the 6 and 8 count Lindy Hop plus some Lindy Charleston. By the end of this session we guarantee you will be able to dance a whole song - and smile at the same time! This workshop with Simon is for absolute beginners and those who have been dancing 6 months or less. No experience necessary or partner required.

The Beginners Woodworking Workshop is a one day course where you will learn to make a bread board in just a few hours!

Special Edition 2 hour class learning choreo and dancing under a rain effect  machine.  A professional videographer will capture our performances and everyone will get an edit.  You will absolutely get drenched, however if you’re desperate to keep hair dry (trust me I get it😂) we can have the machine turned off at the end and you can dance in the puddles lol Bring a towel! There are no showers. Just 2 small changing rooms and a toilet.   Please arrive 15 mins early so that we are ready to go at 3!!

Hatha flow yoga class My signature yoga class, includes breath centred flowing sequences with more challenging variations for those that want them. Options given for whether you are new or more experienced. Each week is themed and you can expect yoga postures, short meditations which are guided and plenty of time for relaxation. The perfect way to finish off a Sunday evening. All levels including beginners welcome. Spare mats are available, but please feel free to bring your own favourite mat.
