We will look at the dangers of burn out and vicarious trauma and how to to navigate and respond to this within the systems we work in. How do we: Stay safe Stay in our lane (and what is our lane in SEMH and SLT) Communicating relational work and showcasing it Target setting Strategies to reduce imposture syndrome/ shape shifting. The course will be interactive with small group discussion and numbers are kept small to allow for this to be a safe container.
