Pursuing a qualification to become a qualified Learning Coach is beneficial for enhancing skills, credibility, and effectiveness in supporting learners’ development. It provides a foundation of knowledge and expertise that contributes to successful coaching experiences. This qualification consists of three units (two mandatory, 1 optional).
