<p>These virtual sessions are designed to provide managers and HR professionals with the knowledge and confidence to manage ill-health and sickness absence fairly and objectively in line with organisational policies. They focus on the importance of supporting employees using a positive and empathic approach as well as the need to take appropriate action to minimise impact at work. <p>'Team identity' is an umbrella term that describes a team in terms of its vision, purpose, values, objectives and approach; in fact, everything that makes it unique. It brings a shared sense of what is important and what the team wants to achieve together. Building a team identity is an important step in enhancing commitment, trust, synergy and collaboration within the team.</p>
<p>This workshop provides an opportunity for your team to work together as 'one HR team' and begin the journey of creating a team identity. It enables participants to reflect on where the team has been, where it is going and how the team is perceived by the business. The workshop highlights existing strengths within the team, builds on and reinforces other initiatives being undertaken and supports the team in identifying practical steps that will help improve team effectiveness, create a team charter and enhance the value HR adds.</p>
<p>Underpinning the event is an analysis of how effectively the team is currently working together. This is typically achieved through the completion of a Team Effectiveness Survey before the event or a SWOT analysis on the day. If the survey is used, participants are asked to complete the survey before the training day and the feedback is collated by us and anonymised before being fed back on the day. It provides insight into ten key elements of teamwork and asks participants to respond to a series of open questions designed to get a view of team strengths and weaknesses as well as identifying what participants value about working within the team, what they find frustrating, and their ideas for improving team effectiveness. The questions can be tailored to individual client requirements.</p>

Giving and Receiving Feedback

<p style="color: rgb(var(--color_25)); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;" id="isPasted" fr-original-style=" color: rgb(var(--color_25));">This CPD accredited Threat Management TACCP course is typically completed as a bolt-on to the BRCGS Vulnerability Assessment for Food Fraud (VAFF) course, though it can be attended as a stand alone course. <p id="isPasted" fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">Are you a stressed, exhausted SEN/EBSA parent or carer, running on empty, with no time to shout <em fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">"HELP!"&nbsp;</em>let alone step off the hamster wheel to rest, recharge and recuperate?</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">Parenting neurodivergent and/or school avoidant young people comes with a unique set of challenges and, if you&#39;re finding yourself lurching from managing meltdowns to fighting for support or feeling isolated and judged because people don&#39;t understand, it can be really hard and I GET IT!</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">After finding myself pretty much burnt out I discovered and implemented quick and simple self-help and relaxation tools that have helped strengthen my coping skills to navigate my family&#39;s journey, rebuild my resilience and rediscover&nbsp;my old self!&nbsp;</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">I was so blown away by how beneficial simple habits can be that it&#39;s my mission to help others do the same - and so I created&nbsp;The SHARE Project.</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">The ethos of THE SHARE Project is that&nbsp;we need to put our own oxygen mask on first&nbsp;so that we can&nbsp;best support our kids&nbsp;and my aim is that the tools you will learn during our time together will become your oxygen mask, not only for use in case of emergency, but as a sustainable part of your ongoing&nbsp;self-care and wellbeing.</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">During each&nbsp;of four, weekly, live&nbsp;online workshops, delivered over Zoom, you will learn and practise a new tool to implement daily over the coming week (just a&nbsp;few minutes at a time, I promise)!</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">Then, during the following week&#39;s workshop we will review your progress, make any tweaks and learn and practise the next tool...&nbsp;</p><p fr-original-style="" style="color: var(--text); font-size: var(--font-size); box-sizing: border-box;">There&#39;ll be no suggestions of long and luxurious spa days and fluffy robes because most of us don&#39;t have the time to do that very often and, frankly, the benefits disappear almost as soon as you&#39;ve driven home... After being on the brink of burnout myself, I stumbled upon simple, yet life-changing self-help and relaxation tools. These quick, effective techniques helped me rebuild my resilience, reclaim my sense of self and navigate challenges with renewed strength. The transformation was so profound that I knew I had to share it with others—and that’s how The SHARE Project was born.
What is The SHARE Project?
The SHARE Project is built on a simple principle: you need to put your own oxygen mask on first!  By nurturing yourself, you’re better equipped to support your children. Through our four-week, live online workshop series, delivered via Zoom, you’ll discover practical tools to bring more calm and happiness into your daily life.
Here’s what you can expect:
Weekly Workshops:  Each week, we’ll introduce and practice a new tool designed to fit seamlessly into your life (just a few minutes a day, I promise!). These are not your typical “luxury spa day” suggestions — because let’s face it, who has time for that?  Instead, you’ll learn sustainable, go-to strategies that you can use anytime, anywhere, to boost your wellbeing, even in the midst of chaos.  You will also receive a mid-week email of encouragement between workshops and printables to help record and track your progress.
Ongoing Support:  In each session, we’ll review your progress, fine-tune your approach, and introduce the next tool.  This isn’t just a one-off workshop; it’s a journey of growth and connection.
Community Connection: You’ll be part of a supportive group of fellow SEN parents and carers who understand the unique challenges you face.  Together, we’ll share experiences, uplift each other, and grow stronger.
