Staff Retention Workshop - Part 1 & 2

Description

This 2 x 2.5 hour workshop is for healthcare managers & leaders that want to explore staff retention, how it is effecting their organisation, and consider what they can do to improve.

As a small group of maximum 12 delegates, we will spend time exploring 6 elements of retention over the 2 sessions; discussing & sharing experiences, whilst considering practical actions that can lead to improved staff retention.

This workshop takes place over 2 parts; each session is 2.5hours, each session is 2 weeks apart. Delegates are to attend each session to gain the full insight from the workshop.
