Impact of Domestic Abuse in the Workplace (Bronze Package)

Description

This half day CPD accredited training programme provides a good foundation for employers and employees to understand the impact of domestic abuse in the workplace. Domestic Abuse is now Everyone’s Business and there are steps employers can take to ensure their workplace is a ‘Safe Space’ for anyone experiencing domestic abuse.

Included in this package are three seminars on:

· An Introduction to Domestic Abuse

· Legal & Ethical Roles of Employers

· Implementing Domestic Abuse Policy and Safety Planning

· Digital Resources

· 3 hours support over 3 months

In addition:

CPD credits are awarded with this workshop.

Attendees will receive a certificate (if required).

This event is hosted by Julie Johns MBE.

The workshop will be delivered as a 3 hour live Zoom event and is being offered at £650 per business/per individual.

Employers will learn the next steps on how your workplace can become accredited as a ‘Safe Space to Work’
