Food Hygiene Level 2

Description

This is a full day session that will aim to provide a more in-depth understanding of Food Hygiene. It meets UK and EU legal requirements for food handlers  & matches RSPH and CIEH level 2 syllabus

• Legal requirements and relevant documentation
• Contamination of food and how to control it
• Bacteriology
• Cross contamination
• Cleaning and disinfection
• Personal hygiene
