Join Heart of Living Yoga teacher trainer, Harshani, for a journey into the Heart of your being through Heart Meditation and Sacred Mantra.

An afternoon of exploring Heart practice in nature; how to connect deeply into Anahata Heart Chakra; learning how to drop the mind and centre in your spiritual heart; discover a steady inner place of peace; enjoy Heart Meditations, Mantra Chanting, Heart Aura ~ how to move and be present in that energy flow . . . and wherever Heart guides us through the afternoon together, unfolding just as it's meant to be . . . around the Labyrinth and the cave of our Hearts.

What to bring: Your own Yoga mat, blankets, pillows, cushions for seated meditation.
