At JoCo we believe in training that builds a better workforce and in turn ensures that staff provide a better service. As a consultancy and training provider we can work creatively and innovatively with organisations to ensure workforce development meets their own needs as well of those of their staff and their clients. We provide training for health and social care professionals, including a specialist dementia programme, and we offer unique training in the ‘Music in Care’ approach available from musicworks – a person-centred way of working using musical life histories to ensure the individual is at the core of care provision.
