Do you often feel stressed out, overwhelmed or like you’re struggling to cope?
Stress is a natural part of how the human body operates. It can even play a positive role, energising us and helping us to be productive. But prolonged periods can leave us struggling to think clearly and feeling anxious and demotivated.
If you’d like to overcome these challenges and others, then this workshop is for you.
This one-day workshop explores the science of stress and burnout, the psychology of resilience, and practical techniques you can integrate into your routine to improve your wellbeing and performance.
The course will be hosted on Zoom. After you book your place, we'll send you details for accessing the workshop through your browser or the Zoom app.
We understand that Zoom fatigue is a concern for many of us so the course will consist of 2x 2 hour sessions with a long break in between. The first session will be between 10AM-12PM then, after lunch, the final session will be between 2PM-4PM. We'll also include short breaks throughout the sessions to make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible.
The workshops will feature interactive elements with participation through text chat and breakout room video chats. However, this aspect of the workshop is entirely optional and you are not required to participate if you do not wish to.
“Haptivate’s scientific and interactive approach to wellbeing topics is engaging, inspiring and produces great results. The practical tools they shared with our team are already making a difference and many staff have approached me to tell me how helpful they found the session.”
