Inclusive Krav Maga classes in Glasgow West End - Mixed Adult, Kids and Teens classes all year round! Beginners welcome, no experience or minimum fitness level needed! Come and join us to learn a new skill - push yourself to become fitter while learning invaluable self defense skills and meeting like minded others! Our club is all inclusive - everyone welcome! You'll be able to go at your own pace - let that be no fitness or fit as can be! Krav Maga is for everyone.

This course is for kids and young learners who: Have completed Level 1. Know how to read, write and speak basic Greek. Communicate in simple every day activities with family and friends. Understand and use simple and common expressions in Greek.

The main topics to be covered in this course are about everyday activities, family, friends, life events, remembering and forgetting, characteristics of people, holidays and more; Students practise their speaking, writing, listening and reading skills in and out of class with their teachers and classmates using their books and applications; The course is based on Ελληνικά Α and Κλικ στα Ελληνικά. In addition, there is a wide range of language material designed by the Greek LOL Teachers. All lessons are supported by educational applications to help students enrich their vocabulary and practise their Greek with fun and interactive exercises, videos and games.

Intermediates: Bedroom player to bar room rockstar - where we jam intermediate level songs with the barre chord, scale, improvisation, theory and chord extension learning snuck into the jamming fun An intermediate player can play E type barre chords and perhaps some/all A type positions. You can play a few scales and have been using them either to improvise or play solos, licks and riffs. Your knowledge of the fretboard is good

Our purpose is to ensure that people of all ages, especially young people aged 12-35, are able to acquire the social and emotional benefits of creative music-making and multimedia activities. We work especially with those suffering from loneliness and isolation; communities disproportionately affected by the health crisis; and schoolchildren who are suffering from social isolation that sadly prevents them from achieving their potential.
