Anna Kosa is a London based abstract expressionist artist with a background in BA Design & MSc Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. She is passionate about creating positive mental health enhancing original fine art paintings, interior pieces and delivers Positive Psychology Infused Abstract Art Workshops to individuals, groups and corporate clients. Designed to relax the mind, help cultivate positive emotions, mood states stimulating the creative side of the brain and help individuals to reconnect with their creativity and improve their chosen areas of self development. This effect reduces cortisol that is created by stress & elevates dopamine levels improving creative problem solving. She is inspired by Positive Psychology concepts such as Post Traumatic Growth, Broaden & Build theory informed by colour psychology. Her inspiration for colours come from the nature. The layering is informed by the complex nature of human beings. She has most recently attended O.Z.O.R.A. international music festival in Hungary, delivering her signature Positive Psychology Infused Art Workshops 'Paint with Intention' and 'Kids Painting Club'. Her work has very recently featured in British Vogue, London Life & Tatler. She is also part of The World of Interiors spring campaign in their March, April & May issue 2021. She is currently a self represented artist.

Our workshops have served as intense social learning sessions and therapeutic retreats to adults, and our children’s workshops have helped children express themselves and make large strides in their artistic endeavours. As reflected in our principles, all our sessions are inclusive of people with special education needs (SEN) and learning difficulties. We have helped children with SEN develop their confidence and become more involved in art. Our approach to teaching and learning is focused on using art to build a creative local community founded on principles of inclusivity. We provide a platform to showcase the work of our creatives via our Group Exhibitions - we also host and take part in national events such as The Big Draw and Lumiere London - the UK’s biggest light festival - and in local events like the Fabula Festival. We run pop-ups, co-operate with businesses alongside our workshops, and collaborate with non-profit organisations in addition to organising after school clubs with local schools. Hi, my name is Stefanie, I am the owner and founder of Art & Craft at Stefanie's and ArtLand ( The club)   This is an Art club for kids ages 5 to 12. I host weekly in-person and online classes for children ages 5 to 12.   We explore different art techniques and media, through engaging art projects in the form of LIVE classes, Step by step Videos, mini-courses, etc where the kids can freely explore, mix and match all different art media, discovering new ways, and even inventing some of their own. Creating work that is unique to them, without fearing they are doing wrong because they do it differently.   The constant in my classes: every “mistake” or splotch can be transformed into something beautiful, useful, different. Each art project is based on a different topic: ART HISTORY, ARTIST, ANIMALS, WORLD'S LANDMARK, etc. and is designed so the kids learn a bit about the topic before working on their masterpiece. The use, mix, and match of different media and techniques allow the kids to become as familiar and skillful as possible with all the art materials, feel confident enough to use them as their voice. It also encourages them to see their uniqueness as individuals through the uniqueness of their work and celebrate it.

Medway Open Studios and Arts Festival runs from Saturday 2nd to Sunday 10th July in 2022. After 2 disturbed years, we are back! This year we are resuming our activities and free trails of fascinating studios to visit. 2022 marks our 10th birthday! This year we have an amazing 28 venues to visit and work on show by over 300 artists. From watercolours, printmaking, jewellery to photography – Medway artists have it all on offer this July.

Audio podcast In addition to our mentoring programme The Book Challenge we offer other free writing competitions, author events, classes, workshops and other activities supported by established creative writing experts, authors and artists.
