The class will be no larger than 6 people and held in Bryony's own colourful and eclectic workshop at Coburg House Studios in Leith, Edinburgh.

The mindful process of gently folding and bending the pages of the damaged books she found helped her healing. Spaces on our workshops are limited so that our artists and makers can offer you the hands-on help and support you need to make the most of your time with us. 
All the equipment and materials you will need are included in the price, unless stated otherwise, plus light refreshments (a selection of Shibui teas, coffee, hot chocolate and sweet or savoury snacks). On full day workshops you are welcome to bring your own lunch to eat inside or out, or there is a wide range of independent sit-in and takeaway cafés, delicatessens, local shops and supermarkets within a 5-10 minute walk.
PLEASE NOTE: Our workshop space is on the first-floor of a Georgian mews building and unfortunately we do not have lift access. The workshop space is in our home, which is not nut free. Please let us know of any skin or food allergies before booking.

Our Peripheral IV Cannulation Course and Injection Course training kits are supplied at no charge when booking our virtual classroom training option.
If you would like to add one or both of these kits to your classroom training option then these are available for you to add at time of booking. Training kits mirror the same equipment and supplies used in the classroom and both include detailed video instructions, allowing you to continue to practice and "hone" your skills after you have completed your practical training.

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM OPTION- Complete your theory training online at home or work, then join us for your one full day to complete your cannulation and injection course training.

Our Virtual Classroom option includes two very comprehensive training kits - one for your cannulation course and one for your injection course. An online  gathering at the Soul Shed to journey into your inner world through forest story.
The clearing in the centre of the forest is a magical place of transformation and one where new contact can be made with the creatures and characters of our inner world.
If you are new to intuitive creativity, and The Soul Shed approach to exploring, know that you need no experience to participate in these sessions apart from in being you! Bring your curiosity and imagination, and the forest clearing will contain what you need, as a map and a mirror to learn about yourself in a gentle non-intrusive way.
Supported by the trees of the forest,  we will find this space within and take our time here, meeting with achetypal characters like Red Riding Hood, Woodcutter, Wolf, Green man and woman, Rapunzel,  Prince and Sleeping Beauty, discerning which of these beings wants to share their wisdom with each of us. 
This is an opportunity to go into the world of forest story and to explore your intuitive creativity as a wisdom stream you can connect with through your embodied presence!

Each week follows a slightly different theme.</div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;"> </div>Week One: Introduction to Contemplative Prayer / Establishing your RoutineWeek Two: Lectio Divina / Listening to ScriptureWeek Three: Imaginative Contemplation / Encoutering Jesus&nbsp;Week Four: Praying with the Psalms / My Life in GodPrompts for reflection are also provided. Most of the meditations are around twenty minutes in length, with a suggested 15 minutes after the audio&nbsp;meditation for journalling or reflecting on your prayer experience.&nbsp; Further Details and CommitmentThe times listed on the sign up link above reflect the time for the group calls. Please be aware of your local time zone. I work in the UK and times may be listed for GMT.&nbsp;&nbsp;There will be one call before the retreat begins, and one at the end of each week, for a total of 5 calls.&nbsp;There will be a maximum of six participants in the group. Please check that you are able to attend all of the group sessions before you apply.The daily prayer can be done at any time that suits you but, if you don&#39;t already have a 30-45 minute window of time devoted to prayer each day, do take some time to think about when you might fit it in, for example: will you wake up earlier? Will you do it at lunch time? in the evening? How realistic is this? &nbsp;Is there a place in your house where you could sit to pray? Will&nbsp;those you share space with will be able to respect your commitment to the retreat? This won&#39;t be for everyone, but for those who are drawn to take part in this prayer experience, I have no doubt that it will be a positive and enriching time.
