Hi, In case we haven't met, I'm Jen and I run workshops and courses in needle and thread.  I've been stitching since a very young age and I'm City and Guilds qualified in patchwork and embroidery. I'm passionate about sewing and textiles and am constantly experimenting with new techniques and designs.  All of my workshops/courses take place in my purpose-built garden studio in the pretty Gloucestershire village of Clearwell.  Classes are offered with a maximum of 4 attendees for machine-based workshops and 6 for hand stitched workshops to ensure a fun and relaxed day, with plenty of 1-2-1 support.   I also offer private tuition so please do get in touch if you would like something that you don't see offered here.  Happy stitching 😊

Casa Interiors, which opened in April 2016, is owned, and run by Paula Farmer.  The Homeware and Gift Shop is located on the High Street, Newnham on Severn in Gloucestershire.  Casa is an Official Frenchic Stockist, selling the complete range of paints and products, also providing Furniture Painting Commissions, Group and 1-2-1 Workshops, and selling painted furniture along with other homewares and gifts.   Services include Home Staging, Interior Design, Room Make-overs, 3D visualisations/modelling/animations, furniture upcycling/painting. Paula has been upcycling and painting furniture as Casa Interiors since 2008, and providing workshops since 2016.

Allied to this, we aim to educate children on the importance of physical activity and give teachers the knowledge and expertise to deliver engaging lessons so every child has a positive experience of P.E in their school. Objective – Our principle objective is to give all children a platform in which to realise their sporting potential in a safe and competitive environment, whilst inspiring them to remain active throughout their life. We provide children with the tools that will allow them to not only thrive academically and in sport but also socially, developing their life skills such as communication, listening, problem solving, leadership and decision making. Hassle Free – ProStars pride themselves on being hassle free. This means that you will consistently have the same coach throughout the year. This is not only important for child development but they will understand the schools policies, procedures and the day to day running of the school to ensure everything runs smoothly. We’ve never cancelled a session – On the rare occasion your coach is absent we will instantly find a replacement. Needle-felting is a fascinating experience, watching creations taking a life and form of their own as you work. It is a very intuitive and tactile craft. Tools required are few and the materials relatively inexpensive. The work can be picked up and put down at a moment’s notice, and can be carried out almost anywhere. Michelle started teaching the craft eight years ago, holding regular workshops at venues across the country. She has now taught over 2000 people and her book on Needlefelting will be published in January 2024 by Crowood Press. Workshops are held in a very relaxed atmosphere - it’s been said that the laughs are as good as the course!  There are several regular venues all over the country or you can travel to Furzie's Workshop in Somerset or arrange for Furzie to travel to you.
