		<h3>Prerequisites</h3>
		<p></p><p>We suggest a <b>blended learning approach</b> to the programme with some <b>self managed learning upfront &amp; post activities</b> to embed the training.</p>
<p>We would suggest some <b>initial engagement with the team</b> to undertake our own research &amp; tailoring of the final programme &amp; approach. And an <b>upfront session with key leaders</b> to hear their perspective &amp; how they will follow up the training.</p>
<p>Each element would be <b>highly practical &amp; engaging</b> - getting each learner involved early &amp; throughout.</p>
<p>A series of <b>practical exercises</b> would be built in including some <b>'live role play' practice (option - with actors) &amp; specific feedback.</b></p>
<p>From the outset, each learner would create their own <b>personal development plan</b> where they capture key learns &amp; specific feedback to work on. If the programme is run virtually, we suggest a few days between each session in order to apply the learning &amp; follow up on progress.</p>

Certified Scrum Product Owner: In-House Training

<h2>Certified ScrumMaster®: In-House Training</h2>
<p>This course covers Scrum and the principles and tools required to be an effective ScrumMaster. You will come away with a good understanding of the Scrum framework and the underlying principles required to make effective decisions regarding the application of Scrum to different situations.</p>
<p>At the end of the course, you will receive membership to the Scrum Alliance for two years and, following completion of an online test, will become a Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster®. Our Certified Scrum Trainers pay the initial, two-year membership fee for each student who successfully completes our Certified ScrumMaster® course. This membership fee also covers the cost of the CSM Test. A link to the test will be sent to you following your course. The CSM test has a passing score of 37 out of 50 questions within a 60-minute timeframe. You will have two attempts within 90 days after you receive your welcome e-mail to pass the test at no cost. After two attempts or 90 days, you will be charged $25 for each additional attempt.</p><h3>What you will Learn</h3>

Point of Care Testing - use of glucose meter to demonstrate a typical POC test procedure. Correct use and overview of other POC test devices.
7 - Using lancets (finger collection)
We look at the correct use of lancets for POC testing and whole blood micro-collection.
8 - Using lancets (heel collection)
We look at the correct use of lancets for neonatal blood spot tests (Guthrie Test).
9 - Capillary collection
Using glass capillary tubes for micro-collection. Correct use and handling.

Complications of pVAD insertion including examples of
infiltration, haematoma, extravasation and transfixation.
6 - VIP Score:
Understanding and using the Visual Infusion Phlebitis score.
7 - Equipment - overview:
We take a look at all essential equipment required for PIVC.
8 - PRACTICAL SESSIONS:
Multiple practical sessions throughout the session.

Our Peripheral IV Cannulation Course and Injection Course training kits are supplied at no charge when booking our virtual classroom training option.
If you would like to add one or both of these kits to your classroom training option then these are available for you to add at time of booking. Training kits mirror the same equipment and supplies used in the classroom and both include detailed video instructions, allowing you to continue to practice and "hone" your skills after you have completed your practical training.

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM OPTION- Complete your theory training online at home or work, then join us for your one full day to complete your cannulation and injection course training.

Our Virtual Classroom option includes two very comprehensive training kits - one for your cannulation course and one for your injection course. We take a look at all essential equipment required for PIVC.
8 - PRACTICAL SESSIONS:

Vaccination / Injection Course (GPT601)

An online  gathering at the Soul Shed to journey into your inner world through forest story.
The clearing in the centre of the forest is a magical place of transformation and one where new contact can be made with the creatures and characters of our inner world.
If you are new to intuitive creativity, and The Soul Shed approach to exploring, know that you need no experience to participate in these sessions apart from in being you! Bring your curiosity and imagination, and the forest clearing will contain what you need, as a map and a mirror to learn about yourself in a gentle non-intrusive way.
Supported by the trees of the forest,  we will find this space within and take our time here, meeting with achetypal characters like Red Riding Hood, Woodcutter, Wolf, Green man and woman, Rapunzel,  Prince and Sleeping Beauty, discerning which of these beings wants to share their wisdom with each of us.
