Apart from the Yoga exercise, the course also presents the recipes of Yoga Detox diet, juicing, and making smoothies. You will also know some of the short yoga practices and specific poses such as Donkey kicks, mermaid pose, vibrator technique, yoga abs and more. </span></p>

During this course we will use Qigong forms, meditations, and healing sounds, focusing on the Earth element and its relationship to our body. The Earth element relates to the organs of digestion, the stomach, pancreas and spleen, to our flesh and muscles, to our sense of taste, and to our healthy robust immune system. It guides us to feel grounded and connected to the world around us, letting go of our worries, so we can come into our calm and healthy balanced centre. We reflect on our practises and discuss our experiences of home practice. We learn about aspects of stress reduction and the neuroscience of mindfulness and complete a new practice each week. Walking meditations is one of the most useful and grounding ways of attending to our body. It is a simple and universal practice for developing calm, connected-ness, and embodied awareness. It can be practised on a daily basis, before or after sitting meditation or anytime on its own, such as after a busy day at work or on a lazy Sunday morning. With our walking meditation course students will learn the art of walking,  art of meditation, to use the natural movement of walking to cultivate mindfulness and wakeful presence.</p>

<li><span>Good understanding of English language, numeracy and ICT are required to attend this course.</span></li>

<li>At the end of the course, you will be required to sit an online multiple-choice test. Your test will be assessed automatically and immediately so that you will instantly know whether you have been successful.</li>
<li>Before sitting for your final exam you will have the opportunity to test your proficiency with a mock exam.</li>

<h3><strong>Certification:</strong></h3>

<li>After you have successfully passed the test, you will be able to obtain an Accredited Certificate of Achievement. You can however also obtain a Course Completion Certificate following the course completion without sitting for the test. Certificates can be obtained either in hard copy at a cost of £39 or in PDF format at a cost of £24.</li>
<li>PDF certificate's turnaround time is 24 hours and for the hardcopy certificate, it is 3-9 working</li>
