We are a unique collaboration of wellbeing practitioners offering a wide range of specialist wellbeing classes, workshops, events and therapies, based in the Bridgewater mill, Eccles, M30 0UT We have created safe spaces where people can learn, grow, have fun and heal whilst feeling completely supported in all stages of their journey. Our teachers & therapists are selected for their ability to work compassionately with people. We welcome with open arms all genders, ethnic backgrounds, ages, sexual orientation & religious beliefs.
