Our range of daily classes allow students to start or enhance their wellbeing journey. Whether you are a complete beginner or an avid practitioner, 2 years old or 92, we are here to support. With classes in mindfulness, yoga, meditation, martial arts and so much more, our classes enable you to reconnect and rejuvenate your mind and body. The centre offers classes from 7am until 9pm so we are sure to have something that fits in with your schedule. We firmly believe that the more high quality holistic teachers there are in the world, the more people can be supported in wellness and healing. We offer affordable Teacher Training Programs that are uniquely designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to practice in a profession of your choice.
