As a CIC (Community Interest Company) our work is underpinned by our core values and ethos as a not-for-profit organisation. We strive to increase our ability to support the reduction of unemployment by the up and re-skilling of people in line with their aspirations plus increasing our work across a larger geographical area and reaching more people.
