Who are Liverpool Social Care Partnership CIC? Liverpool Social Care Partnership (LSCP) was formed in 2001. Since its inception, it has developed into a sound, focused consortium comprising organisations from the Social Care sector. We are a Social Enterprise which specialises in Social Care sector issues, helping to raise the standards of practise throughout the sector. The Partnership is viewed as a valuable means of drawing together providers to share information, networks and promote best practice. Liverpool Social Care Partnership CIC is a values-based organisation, where flexibility and innovation are based on high degrees of trust and mutual respect.
