I truly believe that if you want to have an amazing and healthy relationship, then you first need to have this with yourself. How we allow others to treat us stems from what we think and believe about ourselves. I coach incredible women just like you, who have forgotten how amazing they are. Too often I hear of women staying in an unhappy or unhealthy relationship, all because they don’t believe they can have more or they fear what’s on the other side.
