Business Training, Coaching & Facilitation I bring over seventeen years’ experience in the field of training, coaching and facilitation. My work incorporates all aspects of training interventions including analysis of needs, design, delivery and evaluation. I particularly enjoy the client management aspect of my work as well as delivering quality training that leaves a lasting impression. I work with groups, small teams and individuals to increase their business performance. I believe that people do not necessarily naturally gain the skills, knowledge and understanding as they move through their careers to be as successful as they can be in business.
