About Janine Green
In the years since obtaining her post graduate qualification in Law, Janine has held a number of Community Safety roles, specifically focused on reducing anti-social behaviour and criminality in communities, as well as supporting victims and vulnerable people. Between 2008-2013, she managed a large Community Safety team within a Midlands Council, completing a full service review, implementing new policies and leading the team to local and national acclaim. During this time she also assisted the Home Office on a number of initiatives, including delivering national training on community safety, being part of the Home Office ASB Squad and undertaking peer reviews as part of the Ending Gang and Youth Violence work
