HLC (Horowhenua Learning Centre)

HLC is a Lower North Island-based, NZQA accredited, private training establishment (PTE) offering a wide spectrum of education and employment programmes to prepare people for the modern workplace. Working within our mission statement; 'to provide quality programmes leading to higher learning and employment.' We offer learners the opportunity to build their confidence and credentials for employment and further study, enabling the development of practical employment skills while building a record of learning achievement through NZ certificate qualifications.
