Mental Health First Aid (MHFA®) is an internationally recognised training course, designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis. We offer both Adult and Youth MHFA England accredited courses.
The two-day Adult MHFAider® courses are tailored around supporting adults, and can be attended by anyone from age 16 upwards. Adult Mental Health First Aid Two-Day Course

Body doubling Short Flo Session for self-employed or employed women. It can feel isolating and lonely working from home or on the road. Procrastination and other mind games can make you feel stuck and unmotivated. Boost your productivity, accountability and connection with The Flo Sessions. Short Flo is a 2-hour 15-minute session which includes a grounding practice and intention setting at the beginning, to bring us into our working head space. We will work in sprints of 50 minutes with a short wellbeing break (optional). We will close with a personal review and group cheerleading, ending on a high to launch you into the rest of the day. Even if you are more of an introvert, these sessions are for you, there is no pressure to talk to the group, we will use chat to share our intentions but you don't even need to do that if you'd rather not.
