4. Summarise legal and professional issues, including consent, competency, record keeping

5. Discuss national standards and guidelines including NPSA Alerts

6. Outline infection prevention and control strategies

7. Describe the confirmation testing

8. Explain the principles of flushing, enteral feeding and medication administration
