Welcome to this year&#39;s school BBQ run by the John Roan School Association (JRSA). Our annual BBQ is a great chance to celebrate the end of another school year or the beginning of secondary school for our new families who will be joining in September. &nbsp;As well as having two fantastic BBQ&#39;s, lots of salads and deserts that our families kindly donate on the night, we will be entertained by the talented John Roan musical performers and encouraged to participate in a number of sporting activities by our Sports Ambassadors. The manicure offers the technician a whole range of options to suit nearly every client. This course will teach you everything you need to know about offering a professional manicure and includes a practical training session &amp; assessment.
Gel Polish treatments are an increasingly popular treatment within the professional beauty industry. Gel Polish is applied to the client&rsquo;s nail and then cured using an LED or UV lamp to create a longer lasting nail treatment (up to 3 weeks) than a standard manicure. The GTi Gel Polish course covers how to complete gel polish application and demonstrates the correct removal techniques. The course also covers reception and consultation, contra-indications to treatment and aftercare advice.
The GTi Tips with Acrylic Overlay course will teach you how to apply the Acrylic System (Liquid and Powder) in conjunction with nail tips. Pedicures are a fantastic way to get new clients into the salon. It is a treatment that is often given as a treat or is booked to make tired toes look respectable. Once a client has been made to look and feel better, they are much more inclined to repeat the process, and you will hopefully have gained a customer for life.

This course is taught using a set of principles and methodologies developed by us to give participants a system they can always refer to any time they get stuck trying to interpret financial information.&nbsp;We have developed a 4-box model for teaching accounting which makes the process of breaking down any transaction natural for the nonaccountant. The system works without the need to learn any double-entry accounting, participants apply the system and instinctively know what to do.&nbsp;This is followed up with another 4-box model we developed to completely break down financial analysis and ratios into the most fundamental metrics required of every role in an organization. &nbsp;Our approach is to teach financial analysis by making each participant aware of how their role and actions directly impact the company&#39;s bottom line.&nbsp;Participants will also be able to interpret the financial statement in a natural way using a third model (the 5 Box Balance Sheet) to analyze business performance effectively.&nbsp;This instructor-led course includes:&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;2 weeks of self-paced essential learning content that you are to complete before the instructor-led live virtual sessions begin.&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;4 instructor-led virtual sessions of 2 hours each.
