During this retreat, we are, in some ways, asking your people to do both. 
We need you to retreat from the workplace where the stress is and where you are easily contacted to make decisions and solve problems. We do this so that you can enter an environment where we can gain your complete attention, where you feel 'off duty', and where you can relax surrounded by colleagues who want to make the most out of the time they have together. 
The moving away from danger is facilitated by you all proving that the environment is confirmed as psychologically safe so anyone can say anything or challenge anyone, (politely, professionally and respectfully). 
This event focuses on what requires developing, discusses it in a psychologically safe environment, and develops ideas to take back and experiment with. 
This retreat is not a one-size-fits-all event. It is specifically designed to address your organisation's unique needs, requirements, and desired outcomes. By tailoring the retreat to your specific context, we believe we can maximise its impact and ensure that it aligns with your strategic goals, values, and organisational culture.
It can be for:
Top executives.
A combination of your top executives and senior leadership.

ATC Training Limited

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) formerly known as PTLLS, has been designed to introduce teaching for individuals who aspire or currently work in adult education. This includes FE colleges, training providers, workplace training departments and/or Local Authorities. It is a nationally recognised qualification and is also often the preference for employers to source as an accredited train-the-trainer qualification. This qualification includes written assignments and a practical micro-teach session, which can be completed remotely.  

Online Remote Tutor-led Sessions

This version of the course allows you to attend two days of online sessions led by an experienced tutor. Then come back online 2-3 weeks later to deliver your micro-teach session to your peers. Use this gap in time to prepare your micro-teach and complete the written work for the qualification. This allows you to fully complete in as little as 2-3 weeks. After 25 years working across the board in blue-chip, non-profit and civil service organisations she now provides support to businesses looking to evolve and become great places for people to work in and with. 
Having worked with a wide variety of clients from school-age students to senior executives, she has been designing and running workshops, seminars and classes in person or via web events since she left long commutes and corporate roles behind in 2014 when she created her first two businesses. Her passion is in improving working relationships between roles and functions, supporting people to discover how to be their best selves at work.
