The Mental Health Hub (TMHH) was created to serve as a companion to anyone beginning their mental health journey. At TMHH, we know how overwhelming it is to find help in the midst of mental illness. We offer clear and concise mental health information paired with easy-to-navigate resources to aid anyone through their mental health journey. We connect our audience to mental health resources, education, and services to expedite their recovery process. OUR VISION Our initial aim is to create an interactive website providing both education on mental health treatments and direction to available resources in the community. Going forward, we plan to expand our offerings to include hosting mental health and wellness workshops, partnering with other organizations to reach a wider audience, encouraging exchange of ideas and experiences through our THMM blogsite, and providing visibility to local and nationwide mental health related businesses. The Canine Assisted Wellbeing Group (CAWG) is a close knit family business dedicated to improving mental health and emotional wellbeing through professional canine support. We provide specialist interventions and support to children and adults across workplaces, schools, colleges, universities, mental health hospitals and care homes. We offer a confidential and supportive environment with our team of experienced consultants and specially trained dogs. Typically these can be one-to-one emotional regulation or talking therapy sessions in a range of areas such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-harm, coping with change, trauma, self-regulation and bereavement. They can also be, however, just taking time out from a busy day to help relieve daily stresses and to stop and pause for a few moments in safe and calm surroundings.

These packages have been used by schools, parents, and even the Royal Artillery Barracks British Army, Allied World assurance, Bluebird Care and overseas in America. Rebecca is used to delivering to wider audiences and regularly delivers to police officers. She is also an associate trainer for the Lighthouse Charity (Construction industry), Coach Forever Limited, Premiere Partnership, Safeguarding Training, delivering all aspects of mental health and Child Safeguarding Training.
