We also provide fully equipped studio space for supported sessions. This enables those with previous handbuilding experiece to work independently on their own projects with a technician/ teacher on hand for  technical / glazing advice / support.  Our studio can be hired for running your own ceramics / Art/  Craft Workshops. We can also arrange private individual/ group bookings.  The purposefully designed space is comfortable and welcoming and warm, with a nurturing and creative atmosphere.   With easy access from the M6, M62, M58 and M56 motorway networks. approx 20 miles from Manchester and Liverpool.  WE ARE DELIGHTED THAT PART OF OUR NEW PREMISES ARE FULLY ACCESSIBLE, OFFERING  EASY ACCESS AND DISABLED TOILET FACILITIES. I’m John Dawson and my two day public speaking training courses are for people who want more confidence to present and to speak publicly. Often that’s the bit missed out of lots of presentation courses so my course is aimed at people who struggle with public speaking and want to feel far more at ease. So my courses are NOT about how to do powerpoint or how to prepare properly. The focus of my work is that I help anxious people who are scared to be fully seen, they are perhaps ashamed of their fear and definitely nervous about speaking up in public. So my belief is that you need to begin with learning the basic skills of confidence to be in front of people. So I teach over 30 two day courses a year in Bristol, London and Manchester.  My groups are small, no more than ten in a group. I've been teaching this course since 2000 so that's built up to 8000 people have been through my course. My definition of public speaking is very, very wide. It’s not just weddings or formal speeches. It includes presenting, speaking up at meetings, or anytime where you feel like you are the centre of attention and you don't enjoy it

You'll be able to let me know what foods you feel must be in your diet, and what foods you want to avoid, and so much more. You'll also have the ability to swop out foods in your plan with others with a cool swop function within the app. Weekly nutrition coaching also included by email (optional). Holistic Health & Posture Review This will take place at the Gym Group Portland Street. If you are not already a member I will arrange for free guest pass entry into the gym for your review. I'll be able to score you on a number of different health areas, including what you eat, when you eat, digestive health, stress, detoxification, fungus & parasites and more. I'll then take a detailed look into your posture, including measuring the angles of your spine, and assessing your bodies ability to move, identifying muscular dysfunctions / imbalances, which me be causing you pain or discomfort, or which could negatively affect exercise performance or cause injury later down the line. I'll be able to tell you exactly which muscles are tight / weak or underconditioned. You'll learn a lot about your body and health.
