Welcome to the Mindful Art Club. These small group weekly sessions (Max of 6 people) are designed for quiet creative practise. Each week one of our Therapeutic Art Certified class leaders will provide varied and interesting projects, all aimed at quietening the mind, encouraging mindful focus ….for relaxation and peaceful creativity. Projects will vary each week. The sessions will take place in the room within our studio space which has become fondly known as the art spa. With Aromatherapy and peaceful music this is a fab opportunity for YOU time.

There are two fully accessible toilets available for use.

Unfortunately due to the lay out of the room this workshop is held in, it is not suitable for wheel chair users.
Please note : The seating in this workshop is on classroom stools. People with limited mobility may find this difficult.
We do have other classes and courses available in the fully accessible area of our studio space.
