We are a multi-disciplinary team, funded by the Home Office, hosted by Barnardo’s and work closely with key partners from academic institutions, local authorities, health, education, police and the voluntary sector. To tackle child sexual abuse we must understand its causes, scope, scale and impact. We know a lot about child sexual abuse and have made progress in dealing with it, but there are still many gaps in our knowledge and understanding which limit how effectively we are tackling the issue.

Respect is a pioneering UK membership organisation in the domestic abuse sector. We lead on the development of safe, effective work with perpetrators, male victims, and young people using violence in their close relationships. Our vision is a world where domestic abuse is not tolerated, where perpetrators are held to account and survivors’ safety and wellbeing is centred. We know that we can’t achieve this alone. The scale of the problem is just too big and complex for one organisation to solve. It requires coordinated action across society, with everyone working together.

We provide educational and informational services to support families and the professionals who work with young people and families. This means parents, and those that have a responsibility for children, should be supported because good parenting is the bedrock to building a healthy, thriving society. At Parent Power, our projects, programmes and events are designed to support parents and carers but at the centre of the design is the child. That's why at Parent Power, we say 'it's all about the child'.

CEOP is a command of the National Crime Agency. The National Crime Agency is committed to protecting the public from serious and organised crime, and CEOP's role is to tackle the sexual abuse and exploitation of children (CSAE), both online and offline. CEOP pursue those who sexually exploit and abuse children, prevent people becoming involved in child sexual exploitation, protect children from becoming victims of sexual exploitation and sexual abuse, and prepare interventions to reduce the impact of child sexual exploitation and abuse through safeguarding and child protection work.
