Welcome! And thank you for being curious about The Goddess Hour. If you are searching for connection, this could be for you. Each event is different and is filled with Love and Laughter.
I am given a theme for the evening, usually on the day of the event itself and this then becomes our focus for the session, as we follow the guidance and teachings that arise through spoken word, meditation and sharing.
They are beautiful spontaneous affairs that are always different and sometimes surprising! Most importantly they foster a great sense of connection within and without and everyone feels empowered and inspired through attending.
I was guided by the great Goddess Isis to run the first of these events back in May of 2023 and they have been taking place ever since, on the last Wednesday of the month.

Walking meditations is one of the most useful and grounding ways of attending to our body. It is a simple and universal practice for developing calm, connected-ness, and embodied awareness. It can be practised on a daily basis, before or after sitting meditation or anytime on its own, such as after a busy day at work or on a lazy Sunday morning. With our walking meditation course students will learn the art of walking,  art of meditation, to use the natural movement of walking to cultivate mindfulness and wakeful presence.</p>

<li>After you have successfully passed the test, you will be able to obtain an Accredited Certificate of Achievement.
