A safe and non-judgmental space to share and integrate in a small group setting. Through our monthly Psychedelic Integration Circles, we provide a safe non-judemental space for you to find support and guidance as you make sense of your experience. Psychedelics can catalyse life-changing breakthroughs but long-lasting change can only be accomplished by embodying and actualising these insights. Through active listening and group sharing, we will support you through the integration process. Please note that this session is specifically for those integrating psychedelic experiences. If you are curious and want to learn more about psychedelics, please come to one of our community meetups instead. Limited to 12 spaces. This OCN London accredited three-day course is unit one of the National Certificate in Workplace Mediation™. Essentials of Mediation™ covers the key areas to develop the core competencies required to undertake mediation casework within the workplace. The programme trains individuals to the highest standards in mediation best practice (via the FAIR mediation model), active listening, non-violent communication (NVC) and problem-solving.

This two-day course builds on delegates’ instinct for resolution; using their experience of conflict coaching, mediation or purely a desire to understand these areas more. It offers a tried and tested model of mediation along with a series of practical tips and guides to help them secure a positive resolution in workplace disputes. By combining Emotional Intelligence with theories such as ‘Positive Psychology’, it also enables HR and ER professionals to provide coaching and support for managers to help them secure constructive outcomes without the need for recourse to formal grievance, disciplinary or performance management procedures.
