Including reindeer..add a red nose, Xmas trees...add a little tinsel snow to the top and a 10" rush angel for the top of your tree, plus stars, and mini wreath hoops. 'Introduction to Off-Loom Weaving' workshop in the beautiful setting of Fisherton Mill in Salisbury, Wiltshire. Learn how to select the right yarns for your weaving project and use branches, stones and other items from nature as your loom. Spend a day learning basic weaving techniques in this relaxed & informative beginners weaving workshop. All materials and equipment are provided and you will leave with a clear handout of notes and your first woven pieces, made from organic cotton and linen, and many more sustainable materials.
Safeguarding Training (Module 4 of Youth Leader Training as a standalone) The course on 20th October is standalone and is being held in Eaglesham, G76 0AS The course on 2nd November is the session in Youth Leader Training which is open to other leaders requiring the training. This course is recognised by the Church of Scotland as an alternative to their Introductory course (as long as no other regulated work is undertaken within your local Church) Open to any BBUK registered leader. Participants should complete the Safeguarding and Managing Risk e-learning modules prior to registering for the training.
