Our story so far Belinda Elliott became the driving force behind Bluestream in 2009 in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Dedicated and determined to not be ‘just another’ recruitment agency Belinda relocated Bluestream to Harwell Science Campus, Oxfordshire in February 2011. Situated perfectly between new and exciting start-up companies and large well-established businesses we can support our clients and candidates here in South Oxfordshire and throughout the UK & Europe.
