About Authentic Life
My first career was in broadcast television working in the fast-paced and pressurised environment of transmission, programme promotion strategy and channel launches. At the BBC I worked as a transmission Network Director before moving to Channel 4 TV to launch the FilmFour film channel. I then moved on to head up Media Planning at The Discovery Channel. Throughout my TV career I adopted a coaching style of leadership which resulted in a track record of recruiting, building and training effective and happy teams.
