Yoga with Rai

My name is Rai. I’m a yoga teacher and a coach of several motivational courses, for a year I studied with one of the best teachers in Portugal, Ericeira - Yoga Alliance Certified - 200-hour program. I teach international community in Lisbon and virtually. Before yoga I was lost mentally and physically. I couldn't find a movement practice that motivates me to constantly show up for myself until I found breath work, meditation and yoga asanas. This is what inspired me to become a teacher and to share what I love. My mission is to share life-changing tips about Yoga impact on mental health with students in search of transformation, healing and growth. In my yoga practice you will find tips of how any shape of body can get into yoga practice and at the same time achieve tranquillity and peace of mind.
