Yoga with Heidi Gowthorpe

I'm a 500hr yoga alliance certified yoga teacher and qualified Sound Healer based in East London. I offer yin, and vinyasa yoga, meditation classes, 1:2:1 and group sound baths, women's circles, retreats, and other mindful offerings. My aim is to create compassionate and conscious offerings where we can come together and share in the joy of moving and connecting with our bodies, with our souls, with our breath, and with each other. And hopefully, find a moment or two of stillness amongst the rush of busy London life.
