Women of a Certain Stage specialise in raising awareness on menopause to remove the stigma, normalise the conversation and ensure everyone knows how to spot signs in themselves or others and access timely and effective help and support. ​ We provide workplace training, in person and online and love to collaborate with employers to create innovative solutions to embed the cultural change to normalise menopause. ​ For employers and business owners who wish to have in-house Menopause Champions, Allies and specialist Menopause Coaches, we provide a public curriculum of certification programmes, that can be run inhouse on request.
