Hello! I'm Viv, a Senior Yoga Teacher and Breath Coach running We Glow Yoga from Flackwell Heath. I teach 1-2-1 private yoga classes, small group yoga classes, yoga workshops, and corporate yoga classes online via zoom and in Marlow, Beaconsfield and the surrounding counties. I've been practicing yoga since 2005 and teaching since 2012. I am certified to teach Women's Yoga, Pregnancy yoga, advanced Postnatal Yoga, Core confidence specialist, Breath-work, Yin yoga, Acupressure massage, Hypnobirthing, Mandala Vinyasa, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket, Vinyasa flow and Restorative yoga. I specialise in supporting women of all ages connect with their ever changing bodies. Whether you are trying to conceive, are pregnant or postnatal my private yoga programs are designed to keep your body and mind strong and supple.
