Vulcan was founded in 1993 by Graham Holloway, a former Assistant Divisional Officer with experience as a Senior Operational Fire Officer, Fire Safety Officer, Fire Investigator and Senior Fire Trainer for the London Fire Brigade. A Fire Adviser for the US Air Force in Europe and a Battalion Chief for a Saudi Arabian Oil Company Fire Department with over 50 years of experience in the fire services industry. In 2018, his son, Robert Holloway was appointed to take over leadership of the company as Managing Director. Robert is an experienced Fire Risk Assessor, Fire Consultant and Fire Safety Train
