Hi I'm a Confidence Coach based in Newcastle and work with business owners, leaders and managers to increase their confidence, motivation and performance by working with their mindset.  I run a number of coaching programmes and workshops in person and on Zoom aimed at increasing your confidence, reducing your negative beliefs, getting your mojo back, giving your clarity about your direction as well as accountability meetings to set and review goals.
