Turningpoint will seek to offer work placement opportunities to trainees attending our Housing Practitioners Course, to enable them to get practical experience and put their newly acquired knowledge into practice. You would have gone through an intensive Homeless Options training Course on all relevant housing and homeless legislation, information gathering techniques, customer service skills and casework management etc.
