Kevin has been involved with health and social care since the age of 15. His desire to become a nurse began at 8 years old. During this time he has worked in at sectors in many roles. Support worker, care assistant, care manager, manager and nursing. Moving into the education side of health and social care he has raised the standards of a number of businesses before venturing into his own business in Principle Training Solutions Limited. His driven passion for quality care comes from implementing quality training delivery across the sector. This has now born into the realisation that quality delivery comes from valued quality training personnel and industry specialists rather than Jack of all persons paid a small amount for their skills. I’m David Featherstone and I am one of the directors of ‘The Training and Consultancy Bureau’. We take care to ensure that not only the companies we provide a service for, but the partners who work alongside us, needs are met. Our dedication to quality, and being able to provide the right consultant or the right trainer for your course, is of paramount importance to us.
