One of the beautiful things about love is that it is limitless. You don’t get to a point and you are done. There is always more. And there is always the potential for more.

This is exciting and daunting all at once. Many of us have not experienced the love that we have historically sought outside of ourselves. Well here’s the thing – it’s inside of us. And it is when we start to access this part of us and experience our own love, we start to find that our outer world reflects our inner experience. As we become more loving, we experience more love in general in our lives.

About the Workshop
As an experienced mentor, I work by following my intuitive guidance. Each session I run is different and very much reflects the energy and needs of those attending. So know that if you are guided to attend, the content will be for you!

We will start by grounding our energy and setting our intentions for our time together. We will then explore different themes around Self LOVE with the use of exercises, simple techniques and guided meditation.

What it will definitely be, is fun! And for those of you choosing to join me, since this is an afternoon session at The Angel House, it will of course include tea and cake! That said, if you have any allergies or intolerances be sure to let me know when you book.
