Samhain is a Celtic festival marking the end of the harvest and the beginning of the darker half of the year, is a time when the veil between the worlds is thinnest, making it ideal for reflection, ancestral connection, and spiritual growth. It’s the perfect time to honour our lineage, release old patterns, and invite deep healing into our lives.
I’m excited to be joined by Paula Marie, who will channel light language to help us connect with the energies of our ancestors and receive guidance and wisdom.

Everyone welcome. Please bring something comfortable to lie or sit on like a yoga mat, a blanket, pen and wear comfortable clothes.

What do I need to bring?
Please bring a yoga mat or similar to sit on if you have one. You will be seated for the entire session so please bring whatever you need to feel comfortable.
The meditation and sound bath are usually enjoyed lying down so it is advised to bring a blanket and you may like to bring a cushion for your head.
Please also bring a pen.
Is there parking?
The Well-Being session will be held at the WI Hall in Hersham, 4 Burhill Road, KT12 4JH. There is free off street parking available in the roads nearby and in front of St Peters Church on Burwood Road.
What is a Soul Circle?
Born out of a desire to connect with like minded people, The Soul Circle provides an opportunity to sit with others in a relaxed, friendly environment. It is a space to come and reflect on your own spiritual journey in silence, or you may choose to share and connect with others.
Taking inspiration from the natural world, the moon phases and the Celtic calendar I lead you through different meditations and rituals. These sessions aim to deepen your spiritual practice and strengthen your intuition.
Past themes have included the chakra system, crystals, full moon releasing, gratitude and heart coherence.
