Sunday Openings at The Soul Shed

Description

On a Sunday close to the New Moon each lunar cycle, I'm offering space for us to gather and for you to reconnect with your intuitive guidence in gentle restorative community.

This space is for you if 

• You're longing for spaciousness
• Your whole  system would appreciate the sense of a deep opening sigh
• You know somewhere calling from within that Self Care has to be a priority
• You are curious about learning intuitive creative practice that can restore a sense of balance, inner calm, and a sense of renewed capacity to play your part in life unfolding. 
• You'd welcome an hour on a Sunday of relaxing restorative connection.

You will have a series of invitations to 

• Be with your breath in ways that make you feel powerfully connected to yourself and your lifeforce.
• Come to know yourself as three centred: full of instinctual knowing, heart connections, and an open curious mind.
• Connect with imagery that speaks deeply to how you are feeling, and learn the wisdom it has to share with you.
• Explore photos you have taken in your own square mile of location to experience a deeper sense of belonging to place.
• Journal to find new ways of expressing ideas that emerge in these session.
• Meet others on a journey of self-discovery
