On Sunday we celebrated Autumn equinox, time of perfect balance, and Wednesday we will move into the third quarter of the harvest moon.

As you harvest whatever you need to from this time of seasonal cusp, I would like to offer you a free gentle breathwork practice inspired by the movement of the sunflowers, tracking the sun in the sky.
